The Rockwell Inn is a place for family and friends to relax in this beautiful valley with amazing views of mountains & farmland. This 2 bedroom has two King beds on the second level with a large living area and fully stocked kitchenThis townhome has quick access to I-15, Pebble Creek Ski Area,is 22 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. Enjoy an occasional toot from passing trains. The space Living Area & Kitchen: Located on the main level there are 2 large couches with a 55" TV with built-in streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and others. The kitchen is fully stocked and will provide all that is needed for a traditional stay. There is a washer and dryer available. There is also a half bath that on the main level Exterior: There is an exit to the back living area which is not fenced. Bedrooms: There are two (2) large bedrooms on the second level of the home. There are around 20 steps to gain access to the second level. Each bedroom has its own king bed. Additionally, in the master bedroom, it has two mattress pads with extra linens that can be used anywhere in the home. They are located in the closet (See photos for clarification). Bathroom(s) & Laundry: There are two (2) bathrooms in the home and a laundry area. On the main floor, there is a half bath with a toilet and sink. In the kitchen, there is a new washer and dryer. On the second level, there is a full bath with a tub, shower, toilet, and sink. Parking: Guests have 2 designated parking spots that are directly in front of the home. The parking area is shared with the other tenants.
