Welcome to our Cozy Red Roof Retreat! We're nestled in the heart of the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York, just outside of Ellicottville, NY. If you're looking for a country escape close to town, this is the place for you. It's minutes from both ski resorts - Holiday Valley and Holimont, bike park, and State land, and ropes course. Three bedrooms with two living room spaces and renovated full bath. Enjoy summer nights on the porch or around the fire pit. AND….RELAX! The space The house has its own private driveway that can comfortably accommodate two cars. If your group has more than 2 cars, there is a free parking lot in town. There is no parking on the lawn and we suggest not parking on the side of the road for long periods. The house has three bedrooms - including Master Suite with King bed and half bath. The other bedrooms have queen beds and as an added bonus, the loft bedroom has a bonus living room area. The main bathroom has been recently renovated and is truly top notch! The main living room has a large TV and electric fire place with plenty of sitting room. Kitchen is stocked and ready for a home cooked meal and is completed with a dining room table. There are no events or parties allowed on the premises. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house during your stay except the garage. Other things to note We appreciate you!
