Welcome to Red Roof Retreat! We're nestled in the heart of the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York, just outside of Ellicottville, NY. If your looking for a place to stay close to town, but away from the chaos, this is the place for you. It's only a five minute drive, a straight shot to town and the slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont. It's been newly renovated and now has a washer and dryer, a large and spacious third bedroom and living space upstairs, as well as a coffee bar! The space The house has its own private driveway that can accommodate about two to three cars. Because of the limited parking, no event or parties are allowed on the premises. Please, no parking on the lawn. The house has three bedrooms, two on the main floor, one with a large closet (that also includes a washer and dryer) and a half bath attached, and another inside the spacious loft space upstairs. The main living room has a large TV and electric fire place, is adjacent to the dining room and then the stocked kitchen. There is also a second, main bathroom, recently renovated, at the end of the hallway with a full bath and shower that includes all the little things incase you forgot anything at home. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house during your stay. Other things to note The house is nothing fancy, but we strived to keep things as clean and comfortable as possible. Red Roof Retreat is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each visitor.
