The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, blender, baking dishes, and utensils. The kitchen includes an open cabinet with a 15 lb/7kg Washing/drying all-in-one SAMSUNG machine, cleaning tools, use liquid laundry detergent only or we sell liquid detergent pods for $1 or S/4 soles each. There is also a SOLE water heater that provides generous hot and good-pressure showers. The bedroom has a solid wood full-size bed for two people. A premium mattress, down pillows, 100% cotton sheets, and bedding will ensure the most restful stay. This room has a big closet; we provide an iron and ironing table, blanket, and extra pillows. The living room area has a sofa over a wool handmade carpet with a solid wood console supporting a 43’ Panasonic smart TV -Full HD that will allow you to sign in to your Netflix account for movies. The dining table and chairs are solid cedar wood and the chairs have padded seats. The apartment has a small balcony decorated with a Candelabra Cactus, a Zen Meditating Buddha, a collapsible table, and two stools where you can sit to enjoy the ocean, park, and sunset views. Guest access The building has a rooftop pool that you can use for free when reserving a day ahead. There is also a social area on the terrace with a barbecue that can be rented for a fee. Other things to note 2nd-floor apartment with possible noise coming from traffic nearby avenues at times. The street lights hit strongly on the 2nd floor. We provide earplugs and eye covers for a restful night. High-speed 218 MGPS WIFI fiber optic internet connection. This is a safe neighborhood regularly patrolled by "Serenazgo".
