"The Lighthouse" Renovated 2 BR Home by University

We loved restoring this space as a family, and we hope that you'll feel equally at home playing games or sharing meals here with your family and friends. Centrally located less than 1 mile from FUS, Kroger, and local restaurants, and only 13 miles (17 min) from Star Lake Pavilion. The vaulted ceilings and original chimney make the home spacious and cozy. We love living in Steubenville and we hope that staying here enhances your visit to our hometown, too! The space The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea, as well as, a filtered water spout, games, and TV with a Roku device to stream your favorite movies and shows. While we created a great place to gather, it is not a place for parties. As a family-run property, any damages will be directly fixed by us, and so we simply ask for respect of the property and its intended purpose. Guest access With keycode entry, check-in and check-out can be done at your leisure. Guests will have access to parking in the driveway, but not in the garage. The living space is on the second floor so stairs are required to enter and leave the building. Other things to note Please note you will be required to go up a flight of stairs at the entrance to access the living space. House Rules: -No pets -No smoking/vaping -Guests do not have access to the basement or garage. -Please leave all windows closed. -Please put any full trash bags in the outdoor receptacle and ensure that the lid is closed. -Please report any issues right away, anytime.
