Drinkmoor, a lake front house near Grand Harbor

This lake home is a great place to relax and make some memories with family and friends. Located just minutes from Grand Harbor Marina, on a quiet cove just off the main lake. Swim, fish and relax on the private dock, grill and chill on the spacious deck over looking the lake. Well stocked kitchen to prepare your meals, or call the shuttle and head up to Freddy T's or the rooftop! The owner keeps his boat on the right side of the dock, you may use the left side only. Do not move his boat. The space This is a family lake home, you will see family photos and it is decorated to their taste. The family graciously allows us to book the dates they aren't using it so others can enjoy time at the lake. There is one locked room for their personal stuff, and the cabinet is locked on the wet bar, please respect their privacy by not attempting to access these spaces. Guest access One room is kept locked for the owners personal belongings, also the cabinet on the wet bar. There is a key hanging beside the door going out to the screened porch, please make sure it is placed back on the hook when you use it. Other things to note The owner keeps his boat tied up on the right side of the dock. You may use the left side, do not move his boat.
