Hi , We offer the ground floor of our house located 10 minutes by bus or car from the city center, close to all amenities, bus stops and a highway entrance. Grandmont Faculty is less than a 5-minute walk away. Trousseau Hospital is a 5-minute drive and is easily accessible by bus. It's very easy to park in front of the house or in the free parking lot across the street. For a motorcycle, closed parking is available. The space In the accommodation, you will have the entire ground floor because we live upstairs. You will therefore be completely autonomous with private access. The accommodation has a mini fridge, freezer, microwave and induction stove for simple cooking. Pots, pans and cutlery are available. Please note, this is not really an equipped kitchen but simply the minimum to help out. You will also have a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. We provide the first Espresso capsules. It is also possible to use the washing machine upon request. Guest access The ground floor is just for you. You have a private entrance to access the accommodation. Other things to note The place is great for business trips or just to come and discover our beautiful city and its region. The Loire Valley castles are waiting for you :)
