The Peach Tree Guest Suite is a comfortable, separate space which will accommodate 1 or 2 guests located within a lovely one-level brick home. The suite is tastefully decorated with farmhouse style furnishings and wall decor . The home is situated on a nicely landscaped , fenced property in a rural area yet close to all conveniences. The suite features a kitchenette, bedroom with queen size platform bed, full bathroom with large walk-in closet and an attached deck. Although the suite does not contain a full kitchen, the kitchenette offers a mini fridge, microwave oven, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker for light meal prep. The kitchen also includes a dropleaf table which may be used as a workspace. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and the bedroom features an attractive trey ceiling with recessed and rope lighting. Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided for short-term guests. Long-term guests will be expected to provide their own food and beverages. Weekly housekeeping will be provided for guests staying for 7 days or more. Guests will have use of the entire suite, deck, backyard , pergola and fire table. The suite is all on one level, but there are two stairs on the deck to access the entrance of the unit. The Peachtree is situated on a lovely lot in a quiet residential neighborhood . The property abuts a large wooded space so it is not unusual to see deer, rabbits and a variety of birds while relaxing on the deck or in the yard. There is plenty of parking in the driveway . You may park your vehicle close to the gate for easy access to the guest suite. Fine dining, fast food restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops are within a short drive and Interstate 26 and 85 are easily accessible. The city of Spartanburg, the Tryon Equestrian Center, historic sites, walking/biking trails as well as other points of interest are conveniently located. This is a non-smoking, pet free unit. NO smoking is allowed on the premises. No candle burning allowed in the suite. There are battery-operated candles in the suite and rope lighting in the bedroom if you wish to add ambience. High-speed internet, Hulu, Netflix and other streaming apps will be included. The suite is attached to the main residence, but a doorway has been enclosed and soundproofed for guest privacy and safety. A Defender lock has been added to the entry door for additional safety.
