Rental unit in Greater London

Welcome to our large spare room in the apartment that I've been living in for the last five years. Great location in the vibrant Bethnal Green area, perfect for exploring east London and convenient to Shoreditch and the City. Large supermarket - 3 minutes walk Shoreditch High Street - 10 minute walk Bethnal Green Underground (central line) - 10 minute walk Liverpool Street Station - 20 minute walk Please share some info about yourself and your trip when booking :) The space The property is a split-level duplex apartment on the third and fourth (top) floor of our building. There's no elevator so unfortunately not accessible for anyone who would struggle with walking up a three-story staircase. The bedroom has a large built-in cupboard / wardrobe, idea for storing clothes and with plenty of room for suitcases. There's a large 32" computer monitor in the room, ideal for working from home or for streaming Netflix through Chromecast. The bedroom and shared bathroom are on the lower floor, while the open plan kitchen / living area and balcony is on the top floor. You'll have full access to the apartment (except my bedroom) and facilities. Guest access You have access to your bedroom, the shared bathroom, kitchen / living area, and the balcony. During your stay I'll usually be around during weekends and in the evening. I tend to work away from home most days but if you need anything while I'm away you can give me a call or text any time. We only allow 1 person as it is suitable for 1 person only. If you want to bring another friend or visiting then it will be additional £30 per night and you need to complete the payment in advance. Other things to note Note that this room may not be suitable for light sleepers as it's next to a main road and in a lively area, although previous guests haven't found it to be too much of a problem.
