Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy your peaceful location whilst sharing your field with the rabbits and muntjac deer and listening to the birds singing! The shepherds hut is home to a comfy king size bed with en suite shower and wc. There is a separate hut for your kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and everything you should need . There is garden furniture for you to enjoy the open space with a fire pit/ bbq. Local pub is a short stroll away. The space Kimmy's hut includes a en suite with shower, basin and wc. There is a comfy King size bed and armchairs. The kitchen is a separate hut and has everything you need including full size cooker/hob and fridge, as well as pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery and various cooking utensils. Outside, you will find table and chairs, a fire pit, with all logs and kindling provided. There are also some outdoor games including Jenga and boules. PLEASE NOTE: During extreme dry conditions the fire pit will not be available to use. If in doubt please check before booking. Thank you Guest access The hut is situated in approx and acre and a half paddock. Other things to note Sadly we cannot accommodate pets, but there is plenty of wildlife about, including deer, badgers, foxes, rabbits and birds. Kimmy's hut is a stones throw away from the Blue House Farm Nature Reserve, well known for its bird watching opportunities. We are right on the River Crouch which offers lovely walks. The Ferry Boat Inn is just next door and offers a fantastic menu as well as various special events throughout the year including the FBI Fest 22nd-25th May 2026. Food is also available at the River breeze cafe, which is situated at the Marina, famous for its music bingo held once a month! The Fambridge Farm Shop visits the Ferry Boat Inn every Saturday from 8.30-12pm offering a assortment of local produce (see their social media page for whats available each week).
