The ViewPoint Hotel offers nine luxury suites, with Nubble Lighthouse and/or ocean views year-round. Enjoy our expansive lawns and terraces with outstanding views from our property. Take a dip in our shared, heated outdoor pool (in-season), enjoy complimentary amenities at the Stones Throw Beach Club (in-season), or cozy up by the fireplace in your suite when New England weather gets chilly! All suites have 1-2 private entrances and a private balcony, porch, or patio. Suite 102 is a one-bedroom/one and a half-bathroom, townhouse style open-loft suite at The ViewPoint Hotel with Atlantic Ocean and Nubble Lighthouse views. Covering 1,022 square feet, this suite has a cathedral ceiling, 1 loft king size bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom upstairs, and features a half bathroom, living area, kitchen area, and access to private covered porch downstairs. Suite includes amenities such as: fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, convection/microwave oven, full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher & dishwashing pods, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, and Keurig coffee maker (with decaf & regular coffee pods, sugar, and creamer), and a kitchen table for gathering. Within your suite you will find a gas fireplace, 40-inch flat screen TV in living area and bedroom, bluetooth speaker, air conditioning & heating, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, and free wifi. This suite has complimentary parking for up to 1 vehicle. Sip your coffee or tea on your private, covered porch, or one of our three shared patios, as you watch the sunrise over the picturesque Nubble Lighthouse! Tesla charging stations are available and subject to availability. Housekeeping available upon request. This is a single-suite rental and guest will have use of the entire suite. Two private entrances to your suite are accessed from the outside. Outdoor patios, outdoor pool, and expansive lawns are the only shared spaces with other guests staying on the property. The front desk is open daily from 9am to 8pm. There is an emergency number in the event of a lock-out, disturbance on the property, or emergency. Approximately 1.5 miles (30 minute walk/7 minute drive) in either direction to Long Sands Beach & Short Sands Beach/York shops and restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit, and 25 minute drive to downtown/waterfront Portsmouth, New Hampshire! -Approximately 45 minutes from Portland International Airport in Portland, Maine -1-2 hours (depending on traffic) from Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts -Ubers/Lyfts are not as popular in this area, however, there are many taxi services! -The ViewPoint is a pet-free property. Our front desk staff will be happy to assist you in making alternative arrangements for your pets prior to your stay. There will be a $500 fine for pets found on the property. We are pleased to offer a smoke-free property. There is a designated smoking area between the pool & the pool house. There is no smoking of any kind on the decks, porches, patios, in the suites, or anywhere except the designated area. -While we encourage you to make yourself at home, we ask all guests to be respectful of each other and be aware of their volume from 10pm-8am. -Dine at our off-site, seasonal restaurant, Stones Throw, 1.4 miles away on Long Sands Beach! -Please take note that at certain times during the year, the ViewPoint may host functions and events, which may be considered a disturbance or an intrusion during a guest's stay.
