A warm private room with private bathroom near UCI with a spectacular golf course view in a welcoming townhouse. It is situated in a quiet location within 5 minutes to UCI, various shopping/dining plazas, and Mason Park. We have 2 young kids that will be around half the time. They generally sleep 8pm-7am and we try our best to keep things reasonably quiet at home, but apologies for any noise from them. The space The room includes a king bed (purple mattress or gel memory foam), a walk-in closet, a sit/stand adjustable table, a 4-shelf drawer, a computer chair, and some electronic accessories. Your private space is ~400 sqft total, including a large walkthrough closet area and your own shower. In addition, you'll have ~900 sqft of shared space. Unlike many other listings, we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we do kindly ask you to clean up after yourselves. This is not a hotel. We do not clean your room or change your sheets during your stay. If you need assistance with cleaning, we will definitely do our best to help. We do have spare sheets if needed. Guest access Full access to a fully stocked kitchen, including some shelf space and fridge space for your needs. You may also use the half bathroom upstairs if needed. During your stay I will often be found in my room or working in a small office area by the living room. If I have time, you are welcome to join me in some table tennis or some board games. Other things to note You'll have a dedicated parking space in the driveway. The temperature will be set to medium to high 70s year round. Please do not adjust.
