The house is 5 minutes from the city center and beaches by car, 10 minutes by bike (available). All the amenities of daily life are at your disposal: bicycles, scooters, beach games, games, terrace, plancha. The house is cozy, bright, quiet. 3 bedrooms: 2 with 90 cm bed + 4 90 cm mattresses available, 1 with 180 x 200 cm bed in mezzanine room (1 hallway door separates it from the other 2 bedrooms) + 140 cm thick mattress tubular above-ground pool diam 3.5 m from mid-May to November The space close to everything.
