The house is on the front line (there are no buildings in front of it) near Agua Dulce beach (500 meters) and several beaches in the area. It is very bright and has a spectacular view of the coastline and the breaking waves. The oceanfront terrace and common spaces are connected to the central interior sand courtyard, cross ventilation allows the interior temperature of the house to be regulated in summer. IMPORTANT: This house does not have a power grid. It has solar panels that work very well for lights, charging cell phones, refrigerator, computer, speaker, etc., but you CANNOT use anything that has electrical resistance such as a hair dryer, electric kettle, etc. If you need more electricity, you can connect the generator that will give light to the house and charge the batteries. Housekeeping It is possible to coordinate with a person who does cleaning, laundry and brings some purchases that we may need and that is available if needed. The house has a washing machine. If firewood is needed, there is also a person who brings it. Guest access The house is located on a large agricultural property, which allows for walks, hikes, and bike tours along the coastal edge. It is a very quiet place, close to Agua Dulce beach and El Peñón. Other things to note No parties or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed. No pets allowed inside. We will provide a "brochure" with all the necessary directions to get to the place and with the instructions for using alternative energy systems and support equipment. Our assistant welcomes and bids them farewell. She will be available to resolve any issues. We are always attentive and connected to guests from Santiago. House is delivered with a full 5000-liter water tank, which should last about 4 days. Additional water is at the guest's expense. Price for filling the water tank: $40,000 pesos.
