We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them in the reservation and let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. Because our family cleans our home, we don't charge any $0 cleaning fee. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue. • If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want? No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized. • Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets.
