Strong Wi-Fi access, parking, fully-equipped with air-conditioner, laundry, dryer, oven, microwave! Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy - please treat it is as your own home. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to self-check in. Once keys are retrieved, our apartment is accessible via staircase. Parking is free in permitted zones, you will need to retrieve our parking permit from the apartment. Please return them to our coffee table prior to checkout. Other things to note The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you did some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throwing out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 9:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time. One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key is subject to a $150 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees. Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, a $50/hour fee applies. Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out and send the photo on the Airbnb chat for confirmation.
