Five minutes from Caseville! On the canal to bay

Two story cottage on 1.5 acres (1825 sq feet) on a canal just 5 minutes from Caseville! Sleeps 9. Two bedrooms (one with queen and one with full and bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top)) on second floor with living room, stocked kitchen, full bath, and laundry room. There is also bunk beds (out in open) with full bath on first floor. Home is on canal to Wild Fowl Bay. NEW second story deck with 6 seat table beautiful sunsets! Fire pit out front. Home is surrounded by fence. The space Sleeps 9. There are two bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a small desk with second screen if you need to work remote! Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top). There is also a bunk bed on the first floor, but this is out in the open. There is a full-bath on both the first and second floors. The kitchen has electric stove, stainless fridge and dishwasher. Coffee pot. Fully stocked. Dining eating area has seating for four. Laundry room with washer and dryer. There is three sliding doors - one in living room, one is main bedroom, and one on first floor. This is great for waking up to great water views! NOTE: we have a new, bigger deck!! We will get better pics in the spring, but there is one pic! There is a patio table on it normally! We are in well/septic. Water treatment installed.Central heat and air conditioning! For duckhunters/fishermen, you can launch from our property! There is also a boat launch just about .5 miles away for larger boats. This is a quiet property with an empty lot between us and the neighbors. The house is surrounding by a fence if you would like to bring your pup! Maximum of 2 dogs; there is an additional fee of $10 PER NIGHT for the dogs. Airbnb can only charge per stay, so I will adjust in a final invoice! Guest access No access to garage or one closet Other things to note Has central heat and air conditioning. Note that this is our cottage that we are there occasionally. We do have dogs and welcome yours with a $10 per night additional fee. If you have a severe dog allergy, I would avoid staying here. We are on well water; water filter and softener present. No smoking inside.
