Guest access During the accommodation, guests will have access to the common areas of the Condominium: clubhouse, games room, swimming pool, movie room, multi-sports courts and access to the Beach. In addition, you can have access to Vila Nova da Praia, in Costa do Sauipe, with a mix of shops, ice cream shop and restaurants, separate services. Other things to note Water and energy consumption are not included in the daily rate. The calculations are according to the local dealerships. Every 03 (three) nights, on the 04 (fourth) night you get a housekeeping service - date to be agreed upon, upon availability!
