Connections House - Rm #103-104 -Clean/Comfortable

Our house is set up with dorm rooms for multiple guests w/several showers & bathrooms. Secure parking, hot water, & a basketball/volleyball court are included. We are only a 5-10 minute drive from all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Rosarito. We have several shared spaces, including a 3rd floor patio w/fire features, patio furniture, outdoor dining table and an amazing view! The game room has ping pong, a large board room table, lots of hang out space, and even a little snack shop. The space We have a water tank that comes in handy when the city water goes out (which can be often). We also have filtered drinking water on the property. Guest access Please note that the owners live on property; We have several rooms for rent, so other guests may be present; Patio, common areas, and some bathrooms/showers are shared During your stay Someone is always on the property overnight for emergencies. We are available via WhatApp as well. Please note that we have off-street, secure parking for your vehicle. If you are going to bring a vehicle, please let us know ahead of time. There is an 8-foot height limit on vehicles for our garage. Other things to note Connections House exists to provide short-term housing for groups that come to the area to serve with churches, orphanages, feeding kitchens, etc. For this reason, we are a family-friendly environment. We ask that any music being played out loud is clean, and family-friendly. There is no alcohol permitted on the property at any time. If you do have any smokers in your group, please use the 3rd floor patio. Smoking is not permitted indoors on the property. Thank you for your coorperation.
