Welcome to Fallsview Dream cottage! Enjoy the property’s STUNNING waterfront, hot tub, pool table & private beach This cozy cabin is perfect for those who love nature, privacy and the cottage life. Right in the middle of the woods with the most beautiful waterfall view. Watch the sunrise and sunset right from the deck surrounded by trees. Take the time to reconnect with your family/friends :) The space 2 bedrooms with one queen bed, three double beds and one sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Master bedroom has a very privileged view of the waterfalls. It is very beautiful! The kitchen, living room and dining room is open concept with lots of windows.  The 8 person hot tub with 65 jets, 26 led lights, 2 fountains and one waterfall is very private and allows you to fully experience the Muskoka vibes. 56" LED TV, with home theatre sound bar compatible with Bluetooth. Any music can be played from your phone or TV. Indoor and outdoor fireplace. For your convenience, we sell firewood. Cottage sleeps 8, maximum 10 guests allowed. (Guests 9 & 10 are an additional of $85/each per night). Pets are allowed. We charge an small fee of $100 and you can bring up to three pets. *Please be aware that any damage/stain done to the property by pets will not be tolerated and will be charge accordingly. Guest access Please do not trespass to any other cottage/campground/resort area around our house as it is private property. You are only allowed to use the road that leads to my property. - Driving an SUV or AWD is HIGHLY recommended for winter time (nov-feb) - Washing & dryer machines are not available for the guests. - We do not have a dishwasher Other things to note If you are coming on winter time please come prepared, this is a cabin experience! The cabin has 4 electric heaters + wood and gas fireplace. We suggest you bring firewood to keep the cabin warm (we also sell firewood for your convenience) Only eco-products are allowed. Please do not bring anti bacterial products as it can damage the septic tank. Please be considerate with showers/filling up the tub in the bathroom. Cabin has a small water heater system..There is enough hot water for 10 showers daily but not if you fill up the tub at the same time.
