By booking our home, you agree to abide by all the guest rules below to ensure a smooth stay for your group. (Additional requirements may be requested for guests with no previous host reviews) * No unregistered guest. The maximum overnight occupancy is 6 people. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. Guests tampering with or disabling the security system will result in immediate removal without a refund. * Absolutely no parties or events * No illegal activities or substances on the property * Quiet hours between 10pm-7am * No smoking or vaping * If excessive wear and tear is found in the home after your stay or additional cleaning is necessary due to unauthorized guests or pets, spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture or linens, broken appliances or décor, the guest authorizes the homeowner to charge additional fees. * #1 RULE enjoy your stay and have fun while being respectful of our home Guest access Make yourself at home. The neighborhood is quiet so please be respectful. Guest have access to the entire property and 2 car garage. Includes a garage remote for easy access. Other things to note SERVICE PROVIDERS During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of the property. Please allow them on to the property to do their jobs as scheduled. Below is the schedule: + Landscaper: Friday Biweekly (Usually between 11am and 2pm) + Trash: Friday + Pest Control: Bimonthly (If scheduled during your stay, I will notify you) + Stays of more then 30 days: In order to maintain the integrity of the home and the highest level of cleanliness, we will schedule mid-stay cleanings. Cleanings are free of charge and we will notify you to schedule a day and time that is most convenient. SECURITY CAMERAS - For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras in the front and back exterior of the home. While this is a safe neighborhood, the exterior cameras are in place solely for the protection of the property when it is vacant. Please note that the cameras are not actively monitored and are intended only as a deterrent and as a safety measure for the guests and in the event of an incident.
