Featuring a bright bathroom with toilet, dining area and sun terrace, your 35 m² cocoon will allow you to radiate comfortably in Cathar country. The space The room includes the entire 1st floor of the house. It is equipped with new Epéda brand bedding (160 x 200 bed), a bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower, a dining area with fridge-top, microwave and table for 2 people, Tassimo/kettle for breakfast (different capsules offered). The sun terrace overlooking the village and hills is completely private with no direct neighbors. The entrance is shared but for the rest you will be completely autonomous. Ideal for couples or single-parent families with a child under the supervision of their parent (be careful on the stairs but it has a ramp). The terrace includes a one-meter-high masonry railing. For long stays, possibility of doing laundry for free by appointment. Possibility of scans and prints in my office on the ground floor. I have a good level of English. As a hiker, I'll be happy to advise you on the different trails nearby. I'll be happy to assist you with any other requests.
