The space ⚠️⚠️ Heads up ⚠️⚠️ Please note that the reception is undergoing construction work, which is expected to last 50 days. During this period, the new reception is located on the CC (Convention Center) floor, which can be accessed by the stairs to the left of the entrance or by the elevator (CC button). We're here to help with whatever it takes! ----- We offer a welcome kit with water, soap, shampoo / conditioner and toilet paper. In addition, the flat has a bathrobe and bed to accommodate our guests in the best possible way. This apartment holds up to 3 people: 2 in double bed + 1 in sofa bed. Booking for 3, the sofa bed is complimentary, but if you book for up to 2 people, we charge a usage fee of R$60.00. Guest access Our guests can use the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and other common areas of the building, in addition to ordering from the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and towels sufficient for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But note: WE DO NOT CARRY OUT the CHANGE OF TOWELS and BEDDING DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not). However, if you prefer, we offer some additional services: Full change of body (bed and bath): R$60,00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 bed set) Towel change: R$40,00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) For any questions, please contact us. - In the kitchen we offer coffee , sugar and salt.
