During this period, the new reception is located on the CC floor (Convention Center), which can be accessed by the stairs to the left of the entrance or by the elevator (CC button). We're here to help with anything you need! ----- We offer a welcome kit with water, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and toilet paper. In addition, the flat has a bath and bed set to accommodate our guests in the best possible way. This apartment accommodates up to 3 people: 2 in the double bed + 1 on the sofa bed. Booking for 3, the sofa bed is complimentary, but if you book for up to 2 people, we charge a usage fee of R$60.00. Guest access Our guests can use the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and other common areas of the building, as well as place orders at the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not). However, if you prefer, we offer some additional services: Complete change of linen (bed and bath): R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 set of bed linens) Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) If you have any questions, please let us know. - In the kitchen, we offer coffee, sugar and salt.
