The Sharpridge Farm Stay is a unique home on the rocky hills of Fayetteville with an out-of-town feel in the heart of the city. This is a family-friendly stay that includes 3 bedrooms and one bathroom that are private. The kitchen and living spaces are shared with the owner. The property is adjacent to thousands acres of hiking and mountain biking trails. There are goats on the property that you can feed and watch play. A sense of nostalgia overtakes as you drive up to the gate. The house was built in the 1940's and has been added onto and impeccably maintained. Each room boasts a number of antiques that have stories to tell. There are pianos, books, a collection of cast iron cookware, and nooks and spaces to relax and recharge in. The land is on Kessler Mountain which is beloved for its beauty and nature. The bedrooms are located upstairs as is the bathroom that you will have private use of. The owner will be staying in his own room upstairs and has his own private bathroom. You will be able to interact as much as you're comfortable with. You will have access to the entire house except for the owner's room and bathroom. You will have 3 bedrooms, living areas and kitchen. The grounds are spectacular and perfect for exploring. There is a separate space that boasts a pub, pizza oven, print shop and small fountain. These spaces can be used with owner approval prior to the visit or once there. This property is off MLK blvd in town. If you are heading north on MLK towards Farmington this house is on the left. It's behind the Ozark Smokehouse which is worth googling to read about the history of. The house is set alone atop a hilly mountain and there are no direct neighbors in sight. After a busy day in town you'll love to retreat on Kessler Mountain. You will be able to drive directly up to the house. You can park in several spots right in front and walk right up to the house. If you want to take public transportation you can look online for the bus system schedule. We recommend an uber or lyft into town if you don't want to drive for a night out.
