Charming 2 BR waterfront cottage in Combermere, ON

Welcome to our cottage, beautifully nestled on the Madawaska River in Combermere, ON! It is time to unwind and relax by the water, explore kilometres of connected waterways your way. Be it by SUP, canoe, or by the gradual sandy beach. Play in the Sun and snooze past sunset bug-free in the screened-in gazebo. All options are available for prepping your favorite vacation food. A fully equipped kitchen indoors, BBQ on the deck and of course fire pit for s'mores. Come on over and let the fun begin! The space This is a 4 season cottage with a propane fireplace in the living room. Everything is on one level and there are a couple steps from the ground to the main entrance that expand to our back deck with another entrance to the house. There are 2 bedrooms in the house. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds that could be put together to make a king sized bed if needed. We have 2 inflatable standup paddle boards and 1 canoe that guests can use along with 2 adult life jackets (1 small and 1 large). Please bring your own life jackets for kids or any additional adults. There is a swing set on the property for kids or anyone who would like to use it! :) Our property is NOT fenced - please keep an eye on your children (as well as your pets) at all times as the house is not fenced off from the road. Other things to note You have to bring all your garbage with you when checking out as there is no curbside garbage pick up available at our cottage. There is a dump site available in our area and more information will be provided upon booking.
