You will be only 1.3 miles from downtown, 3 miles from the Bristol Casino, 9 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway, 15 miles from South Holston Lake, Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail and a relatively short drive to at least 3 state parks and many other attractions. The space This single-story home with an open floor plan has three bedrooms with Queen-sized beds and a pull-out couch in the family room, as well as two full bathrooms. The living room and den are great gathering places for family and friends. In addition to the main family room, which features a working gas fireplace, hand-crafted furniture, and a fully furnished kitchen, it also boasts a unique den with a coffee and tea nook stocked with local selections. Both the family room and den have Roku TVs, as well as expansive windows that look out on the house's outdoor areas. The home has a wraparound deck with a seating area, as well as a patio with a fire pit and a grill. The interior is nicely furnished with custom slab dining and work tables, antique furniture in the bedrooms and a den with coffee nook and large sectional. 65" TVs in Den and Living Room. While not fully ADA accessible, the house is on a single level and there is only 1 step in the house (going into the den which can be accessed step-free by going around the deck from the front porch). Upon request, a ramp can be added to allow step-free entry in the front door. Guest access The entire house and yard will be all yours with no shared items. You will be able to access the entire house, deck, and patio, as well as the private yard (approximately 1/2 acre). Other things to note This home is owned and operated by a couple who live in Bristol. You will be supporting local residents instead of corporate owners. This is the only Airbnb they operate.
