The Courtyard Suite with a POOL, pets stay FREE!!!

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there. The space The house has an open floor plan. There’s a king bed and a pull out sofa. The pool is shared with the owners. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire guesthouse. The covered pavilion, pool, and backyard will be shared with the owners. There are no other paid guests at this property. No parties/events are allowed. Max people at the property cannot exceed the number on your reservation. We ask that guests stay off the Rock features. If you forget to bring a pool towel you can rent one for $3 if I'm home or let me know ahead of time. Our white bath towels are not allowed outside. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No pets are allowed in the pool. You must keep them on a leash in the courtyard area. We have two friendly outside cats that hang out in that area. Friendly dogs are welcome to run free in the backyard. Other things to note Guests will park by the fence across from the garage. There are 3 spots available there. If you have a trailer or moving truck please park on the circle driveway. Be sure not to block the driveway from the garage to the street. If you have pets please let me know. We allow up to 2 pets. Pets must be leashed unless they are in the backyard. Pets aren’t allowed in the pool. Internet plan has a Download Speed of 500 and Upload speed of 40 Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
