The house is located a few steps from the beach and the public transportation including bus, tramway, metro and vessel that make it easy, fast and convenient to access all parts of Izmir. The space - The house has two large and bright bedrooms both equipped with a double bed. - It has a spacy and comfortable toilet and bathroom. - A large kitchen with all the facilities you may need - A beautiful and bright living room equipped with furniture and a 50-inch smart TV with the possibility of using Netflix, YouTube, etc. The furniture includes a sofa bed to host the 5th person if needed. - A large private and beautiful backyard and garden equipped with seats and table. - Equipped with high-speed Internet, air conditioner, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, bed furniture, dining table, clean sheets and towels, and everything for comfort. Let me emphasize that the whole house and its equipment are brand new. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal without restrictions. I suggest you go to the yard to smoke. Other things to note Your health is our priority. It is our responsibility to make sure that everything is in place and to make sure that you will stay happy and healthy.
