Recalibrate! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil retreat next to a sweet little babbling brook. Located in Wimborne in the quiet village of Canford Magna, The Coach House at The Brook was built around 1780. It’s linked to the main house by a central courtyard where you will find the entrance to this recently restored Grade ll gem. Perfect for a couple, the coach house is well-equipped with a comfortable double bed, a luxurious bathroom, a breakfast room and a large sitting room. The space The property comprises: Ground floor accommodation with no step entry. 1 double bed room, with closet for hanging clothes. The large bathroom has a walk-in wet room and a separate bath. To provide a touch of luxury, we have fluffy white towels & crisp fresh bedding. The bathroom, breakfast room and sitting room have underfloor heating. Our grade 2 listed coach house is an annexe to the main house and has been renovated with the approval of the dorset conservation team. So as an annexe, THERE IS NO DEDICATED KITCHEN allowed in the coach house. We do, however, provide the guest with a kettle, toaster, small fridge and a microwave oven for use. There are dishes, cutlery and a range of glasses to use as well. Because there is no sink in the breakfast room, we have provided a washing up bowl and washing up equipment if you need to refresh your tea cups etc… Hairdryer Smart television and dedicated WiFi We have installed security cameras for the parking area no Guest access Though we don’t allow access to the family garden, we have a seating area next to the babbling brook as well as the seating area in the courtyard for you to enjoy. The hot tub is not for guest use Other things to note We live in the main house along with our friendly Spaniel- so he may occasionally bark but he’s not really a nuisance! Nero is probably telling me he want a carrot to snack on … Early arrival and late check-outs available on request!
