The space OUR BED Queen Size Bed Ambassador Bed (The Choice of Five Star Hotels) comfy and luxurious bed Duvet Cover Pillows 1 Double size foldable mattress Extra linen for foldable mattress (for those quest who booked 3-4 person) Wardrobe Cabinet (Iron and Ironing Pad inside) 1.5hp Remote Controlled Split Type A/C LIVING SPACE Sofa Internet wifi Floor Lamp 43" Smart TV Netflix included OUR SIMPLE KITCHEN Light cooking is allowed that is why we provide basic kitchen essentials such as: Induction Cooker Electric kettle Rice Cooker Microwave Oven Fridge Pot Pan Tablewares SPACIOUS BATHROOM Telephone Shower ( with water heater) Toilet seat with a washing feature (built-in bidet) Hair Dryer We also provide Towel according to the number of guest SECURITY * Security officers are 24/7 on duty within the condominium premises to ensure the safety of our guests. * CCTV Guest access Guest access * Grand Lobby *Swimming pool access Monday to Saturday 150/pax Sunday & Holidays 300/pax Maximum 2pax per day Pay Parking is also available at the 2nd floor of Sun Residences, 30pesos for first 2hours then additional 30pesos per hour, plus 300pesos if overnight parking Please Note : cut-off time for overnight parking is 9pm Other things to note * Submit/scanned passport or any Government ID before check-in to facilitate an easy check-in process for you. * Visitors of our guest is only allowed at the lobby as per admin rules and the receptionist would not allow them to go at the unit since they are only following the said imposed policy. * Guest swimming pool access Swimming Pool Rate: Ordinary days- ₱150 per person/ day Holidays- ₱300 per person/ day Maximum 2 guest per unit po Time: 6 AM to 10 PM- adult 6 AM to 6 PM- children Payment shall be made at the condo admin from 9:00am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm during Saturdays. Inform us for those guests plans to swim on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for us to register you at the admin in advance. Please note that pool fee is non-refundable. * Gym rate: Ordinary days- ₱150 per person/ day Holidays- ₱300 per person/ day Maximum 2 guest per unit Guests Gym Schedule : 6 AM to 3 PM only Payment shall be made at the condo admin from 9:00am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm during Saturdays. Inform us for those guests plans to use the Gym on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for us to register you at the admin in advance. Please note that Gym fee is non-refundable. * We can’t provide Guest Authorization for those guests who booked after admin office hours. However, our staff will personally assist and welcome you, just give them a time to travel. * If ever our Netflix Account need an update and if it is not logged in, please message us and we will guide you. We use 5 profiles in 1 account to accommodate our other guests. For uninterrupted watching, please feel free to use your own Netflix account. * Parking is also available at the 2nd floor of Sun Residences Mall, first come first serve po, ₱30 for first 2 hours then additional ₱30 per hour, plus ₱300 if overnight parking, parking Cut off for entrance at 2nd floor parking is 9 PM * Please bring your trash at the garbage room located at the Fire exit * We ask for your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and AC when you leave the unit * cleaning fee applies before your check-in, we are not accepting cleaning service as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons * for our guest that has a Guest Authorization, please inform us if you can't make it at Standard check in time, for us to give you a self check in instructions. * One time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels according to number of confirmed guests. * additional cost after two (2) guests for utilities, towel & toiletries * hanging of clothes at the window are strictly prohibited * Netflix is already set up. If not logged in, please message us and we will guide you. We use 5 profiles in 1 account to accommodate our other guests.
