Welcome to Verena, our charming and completely renovated flat is located in a typical Tyrolean house, a few hundred meters from the town centre of San Cassiano, Alta Badia, just in the heart of the Dolomites and only 1km from the cable cars that will take you to the Sella Ronda ski area and only 40 min drive from Cortina. We are at the ideal starting point for your hikes and walks in the mountains, but we are also close to many sporting activities (climbing, biking, snowshoeing, skiing,...). The space This beautiful and bright 80m2 flat was completely renovated in 2021 and has been carefully designed to offer comfortable living spaces. Located on the ground floor of a family house, this gem has a separate entrance with cloakroom, a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen. A 49'' television connected to the internet adorns the living room. It is possible to watch NetFlix, Disney + or Amazon Prime (with your own logins). Description of the rooms : - 1 room with a king size bed (180x200cm) - 1 room with two single beds (90x200cm) Both rooms have wardrobes, bedside tables and a desk. A separate shared bathroom (including toilet and shower) completes the flat. We have designed this flat to provide you with an unforgettable experience including all possible comforts. There is a shared storage area for skis, bikes, pushchairs and a heated boot room. A washing machine is available in this common area. An outdoor parking space is included in the booking. Guest access The flat opens onto the garden, which is equipped with tables and chairs and offers a magnificent view of the Lagazuoi mountain. During the summer period you will find in our garden facilities for your entertainment (table tennis, children's playhouse...) or for relaxation (sunchairs) while contemplating the beautiful landscape of the Dolomites. Other things to note Other remarks: We can provide you with a folding baby bed , a high chair and children's crockery. The 'cleaning fee' includes : - service charge, reception charge, keys hand over charge and appartment inventory - supply of bath linen, bed linen (1 set per person) and laundry costs - basic products that you will need from the moment you move in, such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, basic spices and oil, tea and coffee - cleaning and housekeeping of the flat after departure (daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can be requested) Pets are not allowed.
