Located just a short drive from Anchorage International Airport, our home is conveniently accessible, with a driving time of approximately 15 minutes. For your reference, the downtown area to the airport typically takes around 16 minutes. There is a public bus system nearby, but since Anchorage is a relatively small city, we personally recommend using Uber for a more flexible way to get around. The space Our home has two levels. You’ll be staying on the first floor, which is set up just for our Airbnb guests. We only host one group at a time. The staircase connecting the two floors is open (not fully enclosed), so some sound may carry. Your residence features two bedrooms, a living room, and a private bathroom. Bedroom No.1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, while Bedroom No.2 includes a king-size bed. **Bedding List:** 1. One queen-sized bed in bedroom No.1 2. One king-sized bed in bedroom No.2 3. One 3 seats couch in the living room 4. One twin floor foam mattress (Upon request, we will set it up for you in bedroom No.2). We have a little guard dog who is very quiet most of the time, including at night. She only barks briefly when anyone (including ourselves) enters or leaves through the main door. She’s a Maltipoo, a gentle breed with a strong sense of duty. Don’t worry, she doesn’t bite. Should you have any further questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are committed to ensuring your stay is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Guest access As your check-in date approaches, we will send you the digital access code for the front door. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your expected arrival time. We completely understand that some guests may arrive late at night or leave very early, the digital access makes it easy for you to come and go at your convenience. We kindly request that you remove your shoes upon entering and keep the door closed for security purposes. If you need to drop off your luggage before 6:00 PM, we can open the garage door for you. You’re welcome to leave your bags in the garage, but please note that check-in time is still 6:00 PM. During your stay Although we live on the second floor, please feel free to reach out anytime if you need assistance with using any appliances or if there’s anything else you need during your stay. We’re always happy to help! Other things to note -Laundry The washer has an automatic detergent dispenser, so there’s no need to add detergent manually. The washer and dryer are located in the first-floor bathroom, and while we may need to coordinate their use occasionally, we always try to finish all laundry before guests arrive. -Parking We kindly ask guests to park on the driveway, on the side close to the pine tree🌲. -Spa from backyard is not included in the Airbnb amenities.
