Private room in a great safe neighborhood, close to everything in Denver metro area. The house offers two common areas, completely remodeled bathroom with tub/shower, updated kitchen. Nice outdoor area with fenced in yard and free parking. The space This is a bedroom in a shared house. All common space will be used by the occupants of the house, along with you as an Airbnb guest. The bedroom has a queen bed, night stand, and a closet. All common areas are for everyone to use. There is a rock wall in the basement. A cat does live in the home. He is sweet and rarely seen! Guest access Your own private bedroom, shared bathroom, upstairs & downstairs living room, backyard/ patio space. No garage access. During your stay I actively live in the house. I do work very long days, I am often not around until after 10pm.
