Our house is ideally located in the center of Brem and 1.5 km from the sea, or a 20-minute walk. An electric vehicle charging station is located 50 meters from the house. House with veranda overlooking a landscaped garden. You will be seduced by the calm: everyone can find a little corner to relax, read or listen to music or simply indulge in the sweetness of idleness. Bicycles available to discover the bike paths. The space Close to our house, about 150 meters, you will find a grocery store, a pharmacy, a market (Tuesday and Friday during the summer period), a biocoop, a creperie, the Parc des Genêts with its petanque courts, outdoor games for children and a city stadium. Events are regularly held at Parc des Genêts (circus, concert, show) during the summer period. Our accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms: => 1 bedroom with a mezzanine: on the ground floor a sofa bed (140 x 200) + a bathroom with toilet and in the mezzanine a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200) => 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) => 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90*190) => 1 bedroom with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (140 x 190 cm) A veranda of 18 m2 A 2nd bathroom + 1 separate toilet A fully equipped kitchen (oven + dishwasher...) One dining room (22 m2) A covered entrance to store shoes, beach gear... ******************************************** We don't provide linens. ******************************************** 1-SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECK Upon arrival: you'll be asked for a deposit cheque of €500. It will obviously not be cashed and will be returned at the time of the exit inventory 2-CLEANING Housekeeping option possible => to be requested when booking. 120 euros by check to be given at the beginning of the stay. If you want to do the cleaning yourself, you must return the home as you found it In return, the check will be returned to you after your stay ends NOT INCLUDED in the cleaning: the barbecue must be left clean on the day of your departure 3-BICYCLE LOAN Bikes are at your disposal: A waiver in case of accident or other event will be completed upon arrival We do not provide helmets ******************************************** Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the garage Other things to note You will love Brem sur Mer for its beach, its old small fishing village "La Gachère", its history: the Saint Nicolas church classified as a historical monument, the feudal mound... Brem sur Mer is conveniently located between Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne: you can enjoy walking or cycling on the bike paths, canoeing on the Auzance and discovering the old salt marshes. Brem is also close to the Olonne Forest.
