Our condo comfortably accommodates up to three guests and offers the following features: - Queen-size bed with pullout bed: Ensures a restful night's sleep for everyone - Leatherette sofa: Perfect for relaxation and entertainment - Dining table: Ideal for meals or as a workspace - Touchscreen water heater: Provides hot showers at the touch of a button - Induction cooker and microwave: Makes cooking a breeze - Refrigerator: Keeps your food fresh and cool - Stand fan: Ensures a comfortable temperature Guest access To reach the condo, follow these steps: - Drive along Brent Road until you arrive at the roundabout near Pink Sisters Convent and Brent School. - Take the left exit and continue for approximately 30 meters. - The condo entrance will be on your left side. Other things to note Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines for your stay at unit 627: Before Your Arrival * If you are not staying alone, kindly provide the full name of your companion(s) in advance. This will help us prepare the necessary documents for a hassle-free check-in. Thank you for your cooperation! Check-In and Check-Out * Check-in: Self-check-in begins at 3 PM, or earlier if the unit is ready. My niece will keep you updated. - Keys and elevator access cards can be collected from the mailbox room located in the lobby near the admin reception. - If you need assistance locating the mailbox room, feel free to ask the guards for help. - Use the access card to take the elevator to your room. * Check-out: Please check out by 12 noon. - Please leave the key inside the unit and ensure the door remains unlocked for the cleaners to access easily. The elevator can take you to the ground floor without an access card. House Rules * Smoking: Smoking or vaping is STRICTLY prohibited inside the unit and building. * Eating: Kindly avoid eating on the bed to maintain cleanliness. * Cooking: Light cooking is permitted. Please avoid cooking fish or any foods with strong odors. - Be cautious to prevent setting off the fire alarm, as fines may apply. - The water kettle is for boiling water only. Please do not use it to cook eggs or other food. * Laundry: If your unit has a balcony, refrain from hanging clothes there. * Toiletries: Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, as these are not provided. * Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage properly to avoid penalties. - The garbage bin is located in the basement—turn left from the elevator and left again toward the far corner to find the storage bin. * Electricity and Water: Switch off all lights and water before leaving the unit. Entertainment & Internet * Stream Netflix using our account—select the "Kalel's Place" profile. * Internet is provided via a 25 Mbps fiber connection from Streamtech (a Vistaland company). * Speeds may vary depending on the time of day, and occasional slowdowns are outside our control. Parking Dedicated parking is not available. However, basement spaces may be rented from other unit/parking owners. For availability and contact details, please inquire with the building guards.
