To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines for your stay at unit 627: Before Your Arrival If you are not staying alone, kindly provide the full name of your companion(s) in advance. This will help us prepare the necessary documents for a hassle-free check-in. Thank you for your cooperation! Check-In and Check-Out Check-in: Self-check-in begins at 3 PM. - Keys and elevator access cards can be collected from the mailbox room located in the lobby near the admin reception. - If you need assistance locating the mailbox room, feel free to ask the guards for help. - Use the access card to take the elevator to your room. Check-out: Please check out by 12 noon. - Please leave the key inside the unit and ensure the door remains unlocked for the cleaners to access easily. The elevator can take you to the ground floor without an access card. House Rules • Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the unit. Cleaning fee will be charged ₱1,000 (toilet), ₱5,000 (room). • Food & Drinks: No eating or drinking on the bed. • Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages is allowed inside the unit. • Cooking: Light cooking only. Please avoid fish or strong odours. Cleaning fee for odours that stuck to the walls, furniture & linens may apply. Avoid causing cooking smoke that will trigger the fire alarm. Building management charges fire alarm fines. • Laundry: Hanging clothes on the window/balcony is prohibited by building management (fines may apply). • Toiletries: Kindly bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. • Garbage: Please dispose garbage properly. Bin is in the basement—left from elevator, then left again to the far-right corner. Please leave trash inside the garbage room, not outside. • Electricity/Water: Please switch off lights and check faucet leaks before leaving. • Hair: No hair dyeing or hair cutting inside the unit. • Cleanliness: Please avoid stains on linens, floors, walls, furnishings. Cleaning/replacement costs may apply. • Appliances: Water kettle is for heating drinking water only, please do not misuse. Please have the rice cooker pot clean and washed before leaving. No leftover items please in the refrigerator at the end of your stay. • Damages: Any damage to any part of the unit, including to the appliances and furnishings will be charged. • Safety: No illegal, unlawful, unethical or unsafe activity is allowed inside the unit. Entertainment & Internet Stream Netflix using our account—select the "Kalel's Place" profile. * Internet is provided via a 25 Mbps fiber connection from Streamtech (a Vistaland company). * Speeds may vary depending on the time of day, and occasional slowdowns are outside our control. Parking Please note that parking is not included with your booking. If you require parking, kindly inform us in advance. We may have available outside parking opposite the building entrance, for 300 pesos per night. Alternatively, guests may use street parking at their own risk.
