Fabulous contemporary holiday home with views of the Breede River and Indian Ocean. "Happy Days" has a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen/braai area - with wifi and smart TV. The space Happy Days is a new house with all mod cons , solar heated water (with electric back up), WiFi and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs and the living , dining area upstairs. Plus an additional bathroom upstairs/ indoor braai There is a separate scullery by the kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden plus safe off road parking for cars and boats. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs and the open plan living area is upstairs - which allows for better views of the river and ocean. The BBQ/Braai area is inside the house - upstairs. There is a safe children’s playground nearby . Other things to note We supply a village map and a QR code of things to do and see inWitsand and surrounding area . We ask guests to recycle and to only smoke in the garden please🦋
