The space Upon entering the house, you will find a patio with a table under a pergola, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. Next to it, a cozy porch with table and awning. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, ceiling fans and storage space. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine. On the first floor there are two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a private balcony overlooking the pool, and space to set up a crib or an extra bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-in closets and ceiling fans. In addition, in the hallway you will find a third closet, a work area, and a second full bathroom. Guest access Community pool open year-round.
