The space Coastal décor greets you in this two bedroom two bathroom Oceanfront Condo newly renovated. The comforting living room features a flat screen TV, comfy pull out sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors that open to the step out balcony offering sweeping views of the Atlantic. Visit delicious local restaurants or create amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom features a tiled walk in shower, a flat screen TV and simple ocean inspired décor. Get a great night's sleep in the comfy master bedroom with king size bed. The guest bed room offers two twin sized beds and bathroom. The balcony off of the living room provides a truly relaxing spot to sit back, read a book, enjoy your coffee or cocktail. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing. Guest access Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including: - 24/7 Front Gate Security - Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided) - Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub. - Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo - Two private Tennis courts - Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property; - 2 Parking spots per reservation - On-site Marina Other things to note Please treat my home as if it was your own. No Smoking No Pets Pest Control is one of my top priorities. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company. Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs. If security is called to condo more than once during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. You must contact the dock master to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
