Flat at "The Edge"

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail. The space The space is new construction within an existing building, has high ceilings, big south facing windows and is generally bright and airy. This is the downstairs apartment with "The Loft" being available to rent on Airbnb as well. Guest access The entire space is private and self contained. It is accessed by a private entrance on the south side of the main building. Other things to note The walking and hiking trail is right outside of the guest entrance; a wonderful way to walk or run to downtown and many other town features. The town is an especially friendly place, with a popular downtown coffee shop for mingling with the locals. Be sure to walk over there and meet the “folks”!
