Ground-floor vacation apartment (Brückner vacation apartment) The space Our 25 sqm, nostalgic and cozy vacation room is on the ground floor (only one step at the entrance). Lovingly furnished with a small, well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and induction cooktops, a dining area with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and a French bed (1.40 x 2 m, bed end open), you will find everything you need to feel good. Wi-Fi and TV are available. The bathroom is suitable for seniors with a walk-in shower (with seat), toilet and washing facilities. Towels and linens are included. At the covered seating area you can have a cozy breakfast or barbecue. The large courtyard and garden can also be used. Barbecue facilities and fire bowl as well as many children's play equipment are available by arrangement. Bicycles can be parked. Parking is free in front of the house. In our regional shelf you will find homemade and good things from the region. We warmly welcome all "land explorers" and look forward to your visit! Between Franconian vineyards, Steigerwald and the mountainous Rhön… between Würzburg, Schweinfurt and Bamberg… our small farm is idyllically and quietly located on the outskirts of Obereuerheim with a direct view of nature. Agriculture can be experienced directly on the farm with the stables and animals (cattle, rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats). Whether you come on foot, by bike or car: all "land explorers" are welcome here! The Main with Mainradweg runs directly along the neighboring village (approx. 2.5 km). The A70 highway is 5 km away. The nearest train station is in Haßfurt (15 km) or Schonungen (10 km). The nearest shopping is in Grettstadt (5 km). The Schweinfurter Land, the Steigerwald Nature Park, the Hassberge, the Rhön, the Maintal and the Franconian wine country invite you to take a vacation in the immediate vicinity with many well-signposted hiking and cycling trails as well as numerous events and a variety of leisure activities. Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Bamberg or Coburg are great destinations for day trips. Other things to note Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later arrivals are possible after consultation. Departure is possible until 11 am. The key is handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed as the accommodation is located on a farm with animals (dog, cats, rabbits, chickens, cattle). A baby cot and extra bed are available upon request and for a fee. Breakfast is available by reservation and for a fee. A washing machine/dryer is available on site for a fee.
