As soon as you enter the house, you will feel the freshness of these typical earth houses in Andalusia. Behind a big nailed wooden door is your open suite. Arcades, ceramics, antique furniture, wooden shutters inevitable for naps. Open kitchen, bathroom, dining area, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine. In the heart of the village, close to the 16th century church, traditional wash houses and the old olive oil mill, you are in a quiet area. The space GROUND FLOOR: - Common entrance with the owners' house which is located on the 1st floor. 50 meters from free public parking. - Past the entrance hall, access to your apartment via a second front door. - a charming space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable bed. Views of the small square of the adjacent old mill. Heating. - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and heating. All linen including bed sheets and towels are provided. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the countryside! Guest access Once you pass the common entrance hall, you access your private apartment through your front door. You have the entire apartment including the equipped kitchen and bathroom. Other things to note HOUSE RULES When you book with us, you agree to the following rules: UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Only specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all travelers (and any guests) from the property without a refund. NO SMOKING: No smoking inside the house. An additional cleaning fee of 100 euro will be charged if detected during or after your stay. MUSIC/PARTY: No loud noise, music or parties. Speakers prohibited. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. FURNITURE: Please do not move large furniture without asking first. You may be held liable for damage to furniture and flooring. DAMAGE: Please report damage immediately. Any damage to the property/furniture/objects will be charged to the customer and will be reported to the booking platform. FOOD: Please do not leave food outside the refrigerator and clean your dishes right after your meals, as we are in a village in the countryside and there is a possibility of attracting ants and rodents. We prefer them outside. ELECTRICITY: Please do not unplug the refrigerator and Wi-Fi box at any time. This could damage the refrigerator and cause inconvenience to other guests using the same Wi-Fi signal. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is until 11 a.m. GARBAGE: Please kindly take your garbage bag to the nearest garbage can when leaving the house. Where? When leaving the house, take a left and immediately to the right then to the left. You will find a large garbage can next to the laundries. Selective sorting bins are located at the entrance to the village, at the roundabout. KEYS: The cost to replace lost or damaged keys is 30 Euros per key.
