Spacious garden flat, fast links to central London

Spacious, light flat on a quiet street with a beautiful garden space on wooden decking. You will enjoy the entire flat with a king size sofa-bed, modern bathroom and bright kitchen-diner. I am renting out my flat while abroad with work and you will have access to the entire flat apart from 2 rooms. Will suit an individual or a couple who appreciate a relaxed environment that at the same time provides easy access to Crystal Palace Park, Victoria, London Bridge and trendy east London. Guest access You will have access to the sleeping area, kitchen-diner, bathroom and outdoor/ garden area. 2 rooms will be locked. I have cleared a cupboard, a shelf in the fridge and freezer for you to use. Other things to note Note that there will be animals that pass through the garden (cats during the day and sometimes foxes at night). On rare occassions you might find cat droppings in the garden. Please dont feed the animals as they may be encouraged to return. If you leave the animals be, they wont bother you either. Do keep the garden door closed however so that stray cats wont be tempted to enter the house! However, I don't have any pets (though my kitchen door has a cat-flap from the previous owner!)
