Enjoy the beauty of Eagle Crest in a knotty-pine A-frame chalet with salt-water hot tub, garage, fully furnished, air-conditioned. You can enjoy "owner privileges" to 3 sport centers including pool and exercise room, tennis and pickle ball courts and more. The resort includes walking and biking paths, 3 golf courses and putting green. All utilities included. Communicate one-on-one with owner. This is a 28-night minimum rental, with exceptions in April -August. The space The chalet has a front room with click-on gas fire place, TV, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom (queen) with attached full bath downstairs, and one bedroom (king) with full bath (shower) upstairs, and a loft upstairs (work area). The gas fireplace can be expensive, so we ask you to carefully monitor its use. New BQ grill installed on front deck. Guest access The whole chalet is accessible to guests. The garage is a two-car garage but owner may have car stored; so there is room for one car inside garage and parking also available in driveway. Storage is available in garage. Other things to note Bend and Sisters are popular tourist centers with restaurants, shops, music: Bend is 14 miles away approximately 25 minute drive, Sisters is 20 minutes. Beautiful Mt. Bachelor is 39 miles (55 minute drive). Redmond, closest town, 5 miles from Eagle Crest, about 15 minute drive, provides shopping centers including Fred Meyer, Safeway, Bi-Mart, Grocery Outlet, M&W Grocery, pharmacies, Home Depot, Lowe's, McDonalds, Burger King, Dutch Brothers, Star Bucks, Les Schwab, medical and dental, library, theatres, car dealerships, and banks. Redmond-Bend Airport is 15 minute drive.
