Little Cabin "in the woods" - Log Home

A lakefront log home to escape from your busy lifestyle or to have a quiet place to work or play while staying at the lake. Your private suite is the lower level of our house and has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a large common area . The suite has a kitchenette with an air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator and microwave. We also have a two burner BBQ for your use. The lower deck overlooks the lake. Nearby to both Algonquin and Arrowhead Parks. The space Our log home is waiting for you. You will enjoy a private two bedroom suite that includes a queen size bed and a double bed, a 4 piece bathroom and a separate sitting room with a TV. The kitchenette has a coffee machine, mini fridge, toaster , kettle, microwave and air fryer. There is a BBQ for the guests to utilize. The guest suite is on the ground level, but you have your own private entrance and deck view of the lake. The suite is self contained with the only shared spaces being the driveway and the dock. There are several stone stairs and a boardwalk to access the dock and waterfront. Guest access Your "home" includes 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a large common area in the full walkout level of our home. Access is through the secure sliding doors. Your private full deck overlooks a view of the lake and our dock is available for your enjoyment. There is also an area with a chiminea that guests will be able to enjoy. A reasonable amount of firewood will be provided. Guests will have access to a designated canoe and paddle board. Other things to note We share our home with one older dog and cat that are people friendly only. As we have more than one vehicle, we ask that guests always make sure they are parked in the designated parking area. Another note, we always like to try to accommodate early check-in's or late check-outs, but during the busier season, these can only be requested the day of check in and cannot be guaranteed. The public boat launch is very close to residence. Guests are welcome to bring their power boat and any other water paraphernalia. The public beach is a 5 minute canoe ride or car ride away. The beach has a great sandy beach with a playground and floating dock.
