Quiet Garden Apartment

We are a quiet oasis in The City. A 30-60 day at a time rental unit perfect for those relocating, working, teaching or visiting for a 4-8 week period. Located close to University and Hospitals with easy access to downtown public transportation and/or freeways. Unit is ground floor with secure entrance and hallway. Please note we provide a set of clean linens every two weeks. The space Private one bedroom, lower in-law unit of home. Guest access Entrance hallway is shared. Yard is also shared with upper house tenants. Upper tenants have a small dog that uses the yard as well as priority use of yard. Other things to note Hallway and yard are shared. We have a dog that visits the upper house and occasionally uses the yard. We provide the first few days of basics such as some toiletries and laundry soap but please note we have many grocery stores near by to stock up for your stay. Registration Details 2022-006224STR
