Laugharne House

Welcome to the Laugharne House in beautiful Saint Andrews by the Sea. This family-friendly, four bedroom, two bathroom house has everything you'll need while on holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedding and linens, and private sun-soaked backyard, perfect for BBQ's and outdoor dining. It's an excellent home base, centred on the downtown plat, just two blocks from the water and all of the many restaurants, shops and attractions that this town has to offer! The space Walk through the front door and you'll see a spacious living room with a sectional couch and a 55 inch Frame TV, with cable and Netflix. Continue on to the kitchen with everything you'll need to cook your own meals, and enjoy the process. The solid acacia wood dining table seats 8 people, with comfortable chairs that are perfect for extended dinners, or late night card games. Complete the loop downstairs to see two bedrooms with queen beds, plush duvets, closets , luggage racks and laundry baskets. They're separated by a full bathroom with bathtub. Head on upstairs where there are two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a single, which could be used for a child or treated as a couch/daybed. The other bedroom has matching twin beds. The bedrooms are separated by another bathroom with standup shower, and a dedicated workspace in the landing at the top of the stairs.
