Charming, quiet stone cottage.

Charming 60 m2 cottage in a farmhouse, bordered by lavender fields between the listed village of Saint Montan and Larnas, 25 minutes from the Ardèche gorges. Numerous walks on foot or by bike, visit to caves (Chauvet cave, Madeleine, Aven d'Orgnac...) rivers, fishing, canoeing, tree climbing, crocodile farm... The space Independent access but common courtyard with our accommodation. On the ground floor: refurbished equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and TV, separate toilet, small bathroom with shower. Upstairs: you have a large bedroom with a dressing room and a desk area with Wi-Fi access for those who want to work! Outside: Access to your private garden with a guinguette corner and your private parking space + access to the petanque court, hammocks, stream! Pet accepted if it is clean and if it gets along with my 2 cats and my dog (Australian Shepherd). Garden area not fenced so please keep your pet on a leash and leave the place clean! Guest access Independent cottage with 1 reserved parking space (in front of the hut). Access to washing machine and freezer upon request (access to laundry room is shared) Other things to note The cottage is designed for two people, but the living room sofa is convertible and there is a 1-seat extra mattress for a child, which can accommodate up to 5 guests MAXIMUM!!!! (Please note there is only 1 bedroom in our cottage!) Sheets are provided but bath towels are not provided... Possibility to buy lavender essential oils on site, honey from the farm (if there is any left!). Care and relaxation services: Energy treatment based on stones and pendulum/Treatment with Tibetan bowls and therapeutic tuning forks/ Tarot guidance, in my treatment room or near the stream on sunny days.
