A 5 minute drive to beaches & Jupiter's waterfront restaurants. Fully furnished & well appointed, you'll enjoy relaxing on the private patio. Included are tennis & pickle ball rackets, 3 bikes, & essentials for the beach (towels, umbrella, chairs). *Dock/boat slips & trailer parking not available for guests.* The space The kitchen is modern with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy meals in the condo. There is a half bath with laundry on the first floor. Our living room has a beautiful view of the patio and palm trees. Watch our big screen TV on a luxury leather sectional and enjoy the complementary cable and internet. You can also use the smart TV to log into your own streaming account. For those working during their visit, we have a workspace with desk available on the first floor. Upstairs you'll find the living quarters with two spacious bedrooms - each with it's own ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The master has a lovely queen bed and the guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. Enjoy the beautiful and private patio equipped with a gas grill and tasteful lighting for evenings. The pool, docks, and tennis courts are a 5 minute walk from the condo. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. This is not a gated community. Other things to note Our Homeowners Association requires an application, lease, and background check in order to confirm the reservation. Guests will not be permitted to stay without all fields of application and lease filled/signed 2 weeks in advance. Terms of the lease are typical and include things such as, but not limited to, association rules, house rules, and how we'd like the home to be treated during your stay. We will provide these documents to you during the booking process and they must be returned to us prior to your stay beginning. Thank you! Light housekeeping every 10 days is required and included. We will coordinate with you during your stay to arrange this. Two car parking spaces are available to you.
