If you book a room with a maximum capacity of more than two people for a stay of only two people, only the double bed will be used. Additional beds are provided in the standard quote starting from the third guest and based on the total number of guests. The use of more beds than the number of guests entails a supplement, which must be requested and confirmed by the property, subject to availability. You can request an additional single pouf bed, not recommended for adults, at a cost of €15 per night. Guest access The reservation guarantees exclusive access to the Quarto Novo Suite property, limited to the room booked and the amenities and services included. Access to the room and the common transit area is reserved exclusively for those who have made the reservation and identified themselves at check-in with identification documents. It is essential that the number of guests matches the number indicated in the reservation; those who book for a guest cannot allow additional people to access, even temporarily, since the mere presence is considered use of the service. Reservations for third parties are not allowed, where the booker is not the actual guest. These rules are established to ensure the safety of guests and to comply with the regulations of the platform, the house, Italian law, and common sense. Failure to comply with these rules is punishable by law.
