A double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom. Conveniently located at Tower Hill, in the heart the City and with easy access to Canary Wharf and the rest of town with the tube and buses. At your doorstep you will find independent cafes and restaurants at St Katherine docks and more heading towards Liverpool Street and Spitafield market. Although very central, it is in a quiet cul de sac where you can forget about traffic. Recently renovated, the house has all contemporary amenities. The space The property is a 3 storey terraced house with front and rear garden. There are three bedrooms, with their own bathrooms; one bedroom is available on Airbnb. The property is shoe-free and smoke-free. So to protect the floors we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing their shoes inside the house and not to smoke inside the property. Smoke detectors or fire alarms are fitted inside the bedrooms. Slippers are provided for guests' comfort. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom with ensuite bathroom and they will find coffee and teas in the dining room. During your stay We are happy to meet new people from all over the world. We like to socialise respectfully of your own choice. Once you are upstairs in your room, space , privacy and silence are all yours. Other things to note We aim to be a sustainable property, with solar panels, led lights, enhanced recycling, compost bin. We are happy to discuss this further and take any advice from you.
