Private log cottage on large lot with water access to a beautiful beach on benoir lake (2 minute walk down a flat trail 350m away). Bed linens and towels are not provided as there is no laundry on site. Day pass to Algonquin Park included with stay (Southern Access Point is a 2 minute drive), with hiking to high falls and horseback riding nearby! In the winter, leave the cottage on your Snowmobile, relax in the hot tub or warm up by the cozy wood stove! The space Cozy log cottage with all desired amenities such as air conditioning, WIFI and 3 smart TVs. Outdoor fire pit, 2 kayaks and a canoe available for use plus lots of outdoor games, beach/kids toys. Bring your ATV/snowmobile and access the trails from the property. Guest access Entire cottage. Other things to note Absolutely no parties, no pets, no smoking. Beach space/dock is a quiet space, but is shared with 6 other cottages that have deeded access, so please be respectful. All garbage/recycling must be removed by guests. Bed linens/towels are not provided as there is no laundry on site. Please bring your own to use during your stay. Note - the loft is accessed through the 3rd bedroom and is open concept overlooking the living room. Water cooler is available and we provide 2 jugs of water for guests to use. It is recommended to bring your own drinking water.
